The rooms at Cuevas La Atalaya are cozy and comfortable, making you feel right at home. The kitchenettes are convenient for preparing meals and the full-sized refrigerators are perfect for storing snacks and drinks. The bathroom with a bath tub or shower provides a refreshing and relaxing experience after a long day of hiking.
Personally, I found the stovetops a bit small for my liking, but some might still find them sufficient for basic cooking needs.

Staff were so helpful, they even told me about bungee jumping! Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The complex was like a mix of old and new, so charming.
Can't even begin to describe how much I hated the free WiFi. said no one ever!

I absolutely loved the charming and unique decoration of the hotel. The traditional stone walls gave it a cozy and rustic feel that reminded me of the traditional houses of my childhood. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space for relaxation. As a senior woman, I was pleased to find that the hotel was easily accessible, with no stairs or steep slopes to navigate.
I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the children working there. A little extra attention to the needs of senior guests, such as offering assistance with luggage or providing a helping hand when needed, would have made my vacation even better.

We booked a few days at Cuevas La Atalaya and used it as a base to explore the stunning mountain passes and desert twisties in the area. The whole cave experience was fantastic, with breathtaking views during the day and an equally amazing view of the night sky. The cave house exceeded our expectations and had all the utensils we needed for self-catering. The owner and the lady who looked after the caves were friendly and helpful. They even helped us order a meal from a local restaurant and have it delivered to our door. a unique and memorable stay.
Can recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing experience at this unique cave hotel. The views were breathtaking, both during the day and at night. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The cave accommodation itself exceeded my expectations and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I can't wait to book a longer stay in the future and use it as a base to explore the beautiful surrounding areas.
The morning meal could have been improved with a bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival for convenience.

I was a little sceptical when we first booked the place, but I was delightfully surprised when I opened the door and went inside. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, and the cooler temperature inside was particularly welcome after being outside in the summer heat. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff like to share their extensive knowledge of extreme sports, and the town is just a 1.5 km walk for those of us who enjoy a good hike. The unique blend of traditional and contemporary design was like a cultural bungee jump for my senses.
I was disappointed that they didn't offer bungee jumping from the cave houses.

The whole cave thing was mind-blowing, with jaw-dropping views day and night. The friendly staff went above and beyond, ordering a delicious meal right to our door. The cave accommodation exceeded expectations, equipped with everything needed for self-catering. We loved exploring the historical cave houses and meeting Angel, who is restoring even more nearby. Despite a language barrier, the staff promptly addressed any issues and made our stay peaceful. The situation was perfect, with steps leading up to the campo for our dogs to roam freely. Watching the sunset and stargazing with warm winds was truly super. The sweeping countryside views and nearby town were breathtaking. We can't wait to return for a longer stay and use it as a base for exciting outdoor activities like hiking, canoeing, fishing, and horseback riding. Plus, they offer cots, a seasonal outdoor pool, and pet-friendly and non-smoking rooms. We highly recommend this unique and amazing experience!

We had a fantastic stay at Cuevas La Atalaya. The cave accommodation exceeded our expectations and had all the utensils we needed for self-catering. The views from the cave were breathtaking, both during the day and at night. The owner and the lady who looked after the caves were very pleasant and helpful. The owner even assisted us in ordering a meal from a local restaurant to be delivered right to our door. We appreciated this gesture, especially since we were on motorbikes and didn't want to use them once parked. The location of the cave house was perfect, with steps leading up to a campo where our dogs could walk freely. We enjoyed sitting outside, watching the sunset and star gazing. The wood burner in the cave kept us warm, and the bed was comfy. We also liked that there was no pet fee and that parking was easy and free. our experience was truly wonderful and we can't wait to return.
Cannot find any fault 👍
